Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 (6 1/2oz) cans tuna fish 1 ts Dijon mustard
-drained 2 tb Grated onion
1 c Butter, softened 2 tb Brandy
1/4 c Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
2 tb Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together well to form smooth mixture. Pack
tightly into serving dish. Chill well before serving.
