2 cn Tuna fish packed in oil, 1/3 c Toasted slivered almonds
-undrained 1/4 c Dry sherry
1 c Diced celery 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Finely chopped onion 1/2 ts Rosemary
1/2 c Diced green pepper 1/2 ts Marjoram
1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced 1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Minced pimento 3 c Cooked rice
Drain tuna oil into frying pan; heat. Add celery, onion, and green
pepper; cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. Add tuna fish,
mushrooms, pimento, almonds, , sherry, rosemary, marjoram, and pepper
to celery mixture. Simmer until heated through, stirring
occasionally. Add cooked rice and serve.
