Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Miracle Whip® light 2 c Apple -- chopped
3/4 c Sour cream -- or plain 1 c Celery -- chopped
Yogurt 1 c Cucumbers -- peeled
2 ts Curry powder Chopped
4 c Cooked turkey -- or chicken 2 tb Onion -- chopped
Diced
In a large bowl, combine salad dressing and sour cream or yogurt;
stir in curry powder. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2
hr. before serving. Yield: 6 serving.
