1 lb Turkey smoked sausage 2 tb Butter
1/2 c Sliced carrots 8 oz Stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/4 c Zucchini, sliced 1/4 ts Basil leaves
Cut sausage into serving size pieces, set aside. Saute carrots and
zucchini in butter in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add
tomatoes with juice, basil, and sausage. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with rice. Randy Rigg
