Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Light Cream 1/2 c Pineapple Sundae Topping
3 c Heavy Cream 1/2 c Maraschino Cherries --
3/4 c Sugar Chopped
1/2 ts Salt 1 c Pecan Or Walnut Sundae
2 ts Vanilla Extract Topping -- drained
1/2 c Strawberry Sundae Topping
Combine light and heavy creams and stir in sugar and salt until
dissolved. Add vanilla. Freeze according to ice-cream maker's
directions. When ice cream begins to form a mush, add fruit toppings,
cherries, and nuts. Finish freezing. Yield: 2 quarts
