Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Tzatziki (Yoghurt Garlic
-Sauce)
1 c Yogurt (thick)
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Thin sliced cucumber
-slices, drained
1 ea Clove garlic
3 tb Oil
1 ts Vinegar

Add minced garlic to yogurt and work in salt, vinegar and oil,
working well until well blended. Add sliced cucumbers and mix well.
Serve over fried zucchini squash. A very cool and refreshing treat.
More or less garlic, salt and vinegar can be added to suit your
taste. Can also be used as a tossed salad dressing.
