Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/3 c Red wine vinager
2/3 c Olive oil
1 tb Balsamic vinager
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 ts Seasoned salt
1 ts Combined Italian seasoning
(oregano, basil, rosemary,
Etc.)
1 ts Crushed red pepper
Lots of fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously in a salad dressing
container. This dressing is best when it has sat at room temperature
for a couple of days. It can be chilled and whipped up in a blender
for a creamier consistency.
