2 ea Zucchini, shredded 4 cl Garlic, minced
4 ea Carrots, shredded 1/2 c Chicken or vegetable stock
1 ea Onion, finely chopped 2 t Dried leaf basil
2 c Finely chopped broccoli 1/2 t Garlic powder
2 c Finely chopped cauliflower 1/2 t Onion powder
2 ea Plum tomatoes, chopped 1 ea Tb low sodium soy sauce
1 ea Green bell pepper, chopped
Combine all ingredients and saute in stock until soft. Add seasonings
and soy sauce; cook 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Makes about 1 1/2
quarts cooked vegetables. Note: This is very adaptable....use what
