Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Zucchini slices 1/4 ts Pepper
1 md Onion, sliced 1/3 c Parkay Margarine
1 ts Oregano Leaves, crushed 1 md Tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 ts Salt
Saute zucchini, onion, and seasoning in margarine. Add tomato; cook 5
minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Makes 4-6 servings.
