1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 tb Chopped cilantro (optional)
8 oz Pace picante sauce or salsa
Microwave cheese and salsa for 5 minutes, on high, in a one and one half
quart casserole dish. Stir after three minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve
hot with tortilla chips or vegetables.
