Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12.3 oz. silken tofu, extra firm 3 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. cashews 1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 c. water (hot)
1/4 c. coconut
BLEND coconut in hot water in blender. ADD cashews and blend again. ADD remaining
ingredients and blend until smooth. CHILL.
If using softer tofu, add less water.
