Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lg Cucumbers, cut length wise Salt
1 1/2 c Corn meal Pepper
Season sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper and then using a brown
paper bag, coat with corn meal. Fry in hot skillet with a little oil
until golden brown. Allow to drain before serving. Serves 4-5.
