2 tb Butter 1/2 ts Garlic -- minced
1 ts Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Shallots -- minced 1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 lb Shiitake mushrooms -- slice 1 12" pizza crust
Thick 2 tb Parmesan -- grated
1/4 lb Cremini mushrooms -- slice 6 oz Smoked mozzarella -- slice
1/4 lb White mushrooms -- sliced Thin
1 tb Fresh parsley -- minced
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat butter and oil. Add shallots; cook 2
minutes. Add mushrooms; cook until liquid is absorbed, 5 to 7
minutes. Add parsleyi, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.
Sprinkle with parmesan. Top with mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes. Per
