2 lb Chicken wings -- (about 20) 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Ketchup 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Chili sauce 1/2 ts Ground ginger
2 tb Honey 1 Clove Garlic -- crushed
Prep Time: 20 min. Cooking Time: 40 min. Microwave Time: 16 min.
Remove wing tips from chicken wings. (Use for making chicken stock or
discard) Cut wings at joint into 2 pieces. Combine ketchup, chili
sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic. Coat
wings with sauce and place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 375
degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked.
TO MICROWAVE: Prepare wings and sauce as directed. Coat wings with
sauce and arrange in a single layer on a microwave roasting rack or
in a 9"x13" /3 L baking dish. Cook on HIGH (100% power), uncovered,
14 to 16 minutes rearranging once part-way through cooking. Baste
when you rearrange wings. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 40 appetizers or 4 pieces each for 10 people.
