Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lg Head of cabbage, shredded 1 ts Salt
1 md Onion, sliced 1 ts Dried mustard
3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Celery seed
3/4 c Salad oil 1 ts Sugar
1 c Vinegar
Layer cabbage and onion in a bowl. Pour sugar on top but DO NOT MIX.
Bring other ingredients to a boil. Pour hot dressing over cabbage,
onion and sugar. Let stand for at least 3 hours but better
overnight. Mix before serving. Randy Rigg
