Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
3 tb Balsamic vinegar 2 tb Maple syrup
3 tb Fresh orange juice

---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
6 c Trimmed, washed and torn -red cabbage
-fresh spinach leaves 3 Seedless oranges, peeled and
2 c Thinly shredded radicchio or -sectioned

To make dressing; Whisk balsamic vinegar, orange juice and maple syrup
together. Set aside.

To make salad; Just before serving, prepare individual serving plates
with 3/4 cup spinach leaves, 1/4 cup shredded radicchio or red
cabbage and 4 to 5 orange sections. Drizzle each salad with a
