Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Chopped cooked turkey 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Sliced celery 1 ts Dijon mustard
2 tb Finely chopped pimentos Salt and pepper to taste
2 tb Capers 3 dr Tabasco sauce
1 tb Finely chopped scallions 1/2 Lemon, juice of
1 tb Finely chopped parsley Lettuce leaves

Toss turkey, celery, pimento, capers, scallion and parsley together.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and Tabasco; stir lightly
into turkey mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss lightly. To
serve, arrange lettuce leaves in slald bowl and place turkey salad in
center.
