Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn (29 Oz) Peaches, 2/3 c Cottage Cheese, Cream Style
-Sliced -- drained 1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1 c Syrup From Peaches 1/2 c Whipping Cream
1 pk (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin

Drain peaches and heat syrup to boiling. Add gelatin and cool until
mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg white. Stir in peaches,
cottage cheese and pecans. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into a 1-qt mold and allow to chill. Turn out to serve on
buffet. Makes 8 servings.
