1/3 c Butter 2 c Whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c Dijon mustard 1/4 t Pepper
1 ea Med. onion, cut in chunks 1/4 c Chopped parsley
1/2 lb Small mushroom, halved
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Blend in mustard. Add onion and
mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until
tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Stir in corn and pepper; heat
through. Stir in parsley.
