1/2 c Evaporated skim milk 1 t Dijon mustard
2 ea Tb cider or wine vinegar 1/4 t Lite salt, optional
1 ea Tb lemon juice 1/4 t Pepper
1/2 c Tomato sauce 2 t Finely chopped parsley
1 t Chopped onion
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until thoroughly mixed.
Serve on your favorite salad ingredients. Per 1/4 cup serving: 26
