2 tb Sage -- rubbed 1 ts Paprika
1 tb Pepper 1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Curry powder 1/4 ts Ground allspice
2 ts Garlic powder 4 ea Bay leaves -- crumbled
2 ts Dried parsley -- flakes 4 lb Turkey breast
2 ts Celery seed 2 c Chicken broth -- low-sodium
In small bowl, combine spices and mix well. Place turkey on a rack in
a roasting pan; rub with spice mixture. Add broth to pan. Bake at 350
deg. for 2 to 3 hrs. or until done, basting every 30 min. Yield: 6
servings.
