See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3/4 c Butter 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c White sugar 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Packed light brown sugar 2 c Unpeeled shredded zucchini
2 Eggs 3/4 c Shredded coconut
1 ts Vanilla 3/4 c Seeded raisins
1 3/4 c Flour 3/4 c Snipped dates
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat. Add sifted dry
ingredients; then vanilla. Fold in zucchini, coconut, raisins and
dates. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40
minutes or until it tests done. Cool until just warm, then frost in
a drizzle pattern. When cool, cut into bars.
Frosting for Zucchini date bars: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tb milk 1 tb
melted butter 1/2 ts vanilla flavoring 1/2 ts ground cinnamon Mix all
ingredients and drizzle over bars. Randy Rigg
