1 ts VANILLA 1 ts CINNAMON
1 ea EGG 3/4 ts BAKING POWDER
1 c FLOUR 1/2 ts SALT
HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEG F. GREASE BOTTOM OF MUFFIN CUPS. MIX SUGAR, OIL,
VANILLA, AND EGG IN A LARGE BOWL. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. DIVIDE
BATTER IN 8 MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE FOR 18 TO 22 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
