Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Zucchini; chopped
1/2 lg Onion; chopped
Salt and pepper
ds Nutmeg
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Dried bread crumbs
8 sl Swiss cheese
2 tb Parsley; chopped
Paprika
In a medium-sized bowl combine beaten eggs with all ingredients except
cheese , parsley and paprika. Lightly grease a pie pan, preferably
deep dish, and layer zucchini mixture alternately with cheese, ending
with cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika and bake in a 350
degree oven for 25 minutes.
