1 2/3 c whole wheat flour
1 c bread flour
1/3 c cornmeal
1 1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 tb applesauce (butter)
3 tb molasses
1/3 c dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 ts baking soda (omit if using
-powder b; uttermilk
3 ts yeast
Use light setting.
