Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Mayonnaise 3 Raw carrots
2 tb Sugar 1 cn Spam
2 tb Vinegar 6 Hard cooked eggs, boiled
1 ts Salt 1 sm Green pepper
1 sm Onion
Grind Spam, eggs, carrots, onion and green pepper. Use coarse grater
or grinder. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Good on Ritz
crackers or as a sandwich spread.
