Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Chicken breast (boiled 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
Diced) 1 Roll Ritz crackers
1 c Sour cream 1 Stick margarine, melted
Boil chicken breast until tender; drain and dice. Spread evenly over
bottom of casserole dish. Salt and pepper. Mix sour cream and
chicken soups. Spread over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers. Spread on
top spoon. Melted butter over all. Bake in 350 degree oven until
