Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 c Melted butter 2 Cloves minced garlic
1 ts Salt 1/3 c Sherry wine
2/3 c Fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
2 tb Parsley 2 lb Raw cleaned shrimp

Combine butter, salt, garlic, parsley, cayenne and bread crumbs.
Arrange shrimp in shallow 3 to 4 quart casserole and top with crumb
mixture. Sprinkle all over with sherry. Bake at 375 degree oven for
15 minutes. Do not over cook. When topping has melted and slightly
