Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Potatoes 3 tb Flour
2 cn Spam 1 1/2 c Milk
6 tb Butter 1 Brick cheddar cheese
Boil and cube potatoes. Cube Spam. Layer in a greased 2 quart
casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour until brown
and frothy. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Blend in cheese until melted. Pour over Spam-n-potatoes and warm in
