Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Hamburger 1/2 t Oregano
4 sl Dampened bread 1 Beaten egg
1 sm Onion chopped or grated -Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Make into small balls and roll in flour
until thoroughly covered. Fry in pan containing 1/8 inch vegetable
oil. Cook on one side and then turn over. Add oil as needed. Heat
oil to medium heat. Should make approximately 20 meatballs.
