Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 md Potato 4 To 5 cups icing sugar
5 oz Semi sweet chocolate 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/4 c Butter -Walnuts, almonds or pecans
1 t Vanilla

Boil potato until cooked. Peel and mash. Measure 2/3 cup mashed
potatoes. In a saucepan over low heat or in microwave proof dish in
microwave oven on low, melt together butter and chocolate. Combine
with hot potatoes, salt and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in icing
sugar until smooth and firm. Mix in nuts. Spread into greased 9"x9"
