3 lb Stewing beef, cubed 3 tb Olive oil
1 1/2 lb Cubed pork 1/2 ts Cayenne
1 lb Chorizo (Spanish sausage) 3 tb Chili powder
Sliced 3 cn Tomato sauce (15-oz each)
2 Large onions, diced 1 ts Salt
5 Cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 c Water
3 Jalapeno pepper, peel+diced 1 cn Mexican beer or any kind
Brown Meat, onions, garlic and jalapenos together in olive oil. While
mixture is browning, add cayenne and chili powder. Stir often. Add
tomatoe sauce, salt, water and beer. Cover and cook on low heat for
30 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and simmer for 2 hours. From
