1/2 c Almond butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Almond extract
1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Grated coconut
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the almond butter and sugar.
Add the eggs and almond extract: mix well. In another bowl, combine
the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients
to the wet, and mix well. Stir in the coconut. Pour into a greased
9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
