Main Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup grated horseradish
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water. Boil a few minutes. Add horseradish, mustard, and chives. Remove from heat. Mix well with mixer. Makes 1 pint.
