Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 1/8 c Container coffee ice cream 4-6 crushed amaretti
2 T Almond or coffee flavored -cookies
-liqueur
Scoop coffee ice cream into 4 individual parfait dishes. Drizzle with
almond or coffee flavored liqueur, then sprinkle with crushed cookies.
