5 lb Pork butt, coarse ground 1/3 c Sage
2 tb Cloves, ground 3 tb Coriander
2 tb Salt 1 tb Black pepper
1 c Cold Water
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing. To
cook, fry or bake.
