Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c sugar
2 c flour
4 eggs
1 T anise seed or
1 few drops anise oil
Beat the eggs thoroughly for 15 minutes. Add sugar slowly, a
little at a time and continue beating. Add anise seed or a few drops
of anise oil and the flour. Drop on well-greased cookie sheets and
bake in moderate over, 350, for about 12 minutes.
