Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Oil
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
3 c Flour
1 ts Soda
2 ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla
3 c Apples
1 c Coconut
1 c Pecans
Topping:
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Milk
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Mix oil sugar in lg
mixing bowl. Add eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, salt. Beat with
electric mixer until well blended mixture is stiff. Stir in apples,
coconuts, pecans. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
Topping:
Mix all ingredients well. Bring to a boil for 2 min. Pour over hot
cake.
