Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c butter 1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c dark brown sugar 1 ts baking soda
1/2 c honey 1 ts cinnamon
1 ea egg 3/4 ts nutmeg
4 ea apples, medium, chopped 1/2 ts salt
Cream butter with sugar. Add honey and egg; beat well. Stir in
apples. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into oiled 8-inch
square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with
Caramel Sauce. Serves 4
