Main Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh arugula, washed and dried thoroughly
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 endive, thinly sliced
1/4 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Bottled Honey-Dijon mustard
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix arugula, endive, and Mandarin oranges together. Sprinkle with walnuts and bleu cheese. Lightly dress with Honey-Dijon salad dressing. Serve immediately.
