Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 c Ham; cooked and diced 2 tb Lemon juice
3 ea Cooking apples; unpeeled and 1 tb To 2 tb prepared mustard
-cut into wedges 1 ts Grated orange rind
1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed 1 tb Parsley; chopped, fresh
2 tb All-purpose flour

Combine first 7 ingredients; mixing well. Spoon mixture into a
2-quart casserole, and cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Microwave
at HIGH for 7 to 9 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring
mixture after 4 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over top.
