2 lb Thick, Lean Pork Chops
Salt and pepper
2 Oranges, Sliced Thin
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the pork chops in a
casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Top with orange
slices. Pour the orange juice over the top. Cover with more orange
slices. Cover. Bake until tender (about 1 1/2 hours). Serve hot.
