See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 Carrots; peeled, chopped ;salt and pepper to taste
1 Celery stalk; fine chopped 1/4 c Vegetable stock
1 md Onion; fine chopped 1/4 c Wine; can sub with more
1 Zucchini; cubed -vegetable stock
1 c Mushrooms; chopped 1/2 ts Sage
5 sl Bread; crusts removed, 1/2 ts Thyme
-cubed 2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
3 tb Lemon juice -OR 1T dried
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a casserole dish.
In small bowl, combine the rest.
Whisk the above together and then pour over the vegetable mixture.
Cover and bake 35 mins at 350. A baked sweet potato dish would go
great with this.
