Main Ingredients:
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes until turns a nice brown.
