2 c Uncooked elbow macaroni, 1 ts Salt
-cooked drained 2 1/2 c Milk
2 tb Butter 2 c (8 oz.) shredded sharp
2 tb Flour -Cheddar
1 ts Dry mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in
flour, mustard, salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook stir until
mixture thickens slightly (should coat the spoon). Remove from heat.
Add 1 1/2 cup cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni.
Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with remaining
cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. 6- 8 servings. From: Earl
