Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Tomato -- seeded, chopped
2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
1 sm Garlic clove -- peeled
1 1/2 c Tomato -- seeded, chopped
1/3 c Cucumber -- peel, seed,
Dice
1/3 c Chopped green onions --
Finely chopped
2 tb Fresh basil -- chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add 1/2 cup tomato and
next 4 ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium
bowl; stir in 1 1/2 cups tomato and next 5 ingredients. Set aside.
Good on seafood salads.
