2 c Chick peas, soaked 3 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 c Coconut milk 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1 md Tomato, chopped 1 1/2 ts Turmeric
Cook peas ni enough water to cover until they are about half done.
Drain them, then add the coconut milk to the pot along with the
tomato spices. Continue to boil until the peas are tender. Serve
hot with rice.
