Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 English Muffins 3/4 lb Gd. Beef
1 Chopped onion 1/4 ts Salt -- pepper oregano
1 ts Oil 8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 Clove garlic 1/4 lb Cheese -- American Square
Saute onion and garlic in hot oil, add meat and seasoning. Brown
lightly. On each muffin half put 1 tbls tomato sauce (can use left
over spaghetti sauce) 2 tbls meat, sprinkle with oregano and top with
slice of cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven until cheese bubbles.
