Main Ingredients:
1 can red salmon, drained ( I prefer
to remove bones dark skin)
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c. Miracle Whip to which is added
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish with juice
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix last 3 ingredients thoroughly and add to first 3 ingredients. Chill and serve cold.
