1 md Onion, thinly sliced
1 lg Garlic clove, minced
1 tb Chiles, minced
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 c Green beans stemmed halved
3/4 c Tomato, chopped
1/2 c Water
Salt
In a medium sized skillet, saute the onions, garlic chiles in the
oil till the onions are soft. Add the beans, tomatoes water.
Cover simmer on a medium heat until the beans are tender, 5 to 15
minutes. Stir occasionally. Season serve.
